The Return of the Justices of the Provinciall Court vpon the aforegoing Letter was produced & Read as follows, Vizt This Court admits of the Excuse of Coll George Wells to be suffi cient for not coming to serve as a Commissiont of this Court for the Reasons therein contained. Hen: Wriothesley Clk

liam York on this side the River & Jacob Young on the other side for which is settled vpon them, One shilling six Whitehall pence for the passage of a horse & Man and One shilling for a ffootman, to which they both Agreed; his Exncy giving them caution duly to observe the Acts of Assembly touching con veying persons over that River; Ordered that the Justices of the County Courts where they live grant them Lycense accordingly, they giving Bond as the Law in that Case directs.
