   Capt John Then recd of the honrble Coll: Nicho Greenberry by

   Dorseys

   Rect for a Ordr of his Exncy the Governr one Barrell of Gun

   Barrell of powder by Contents one hundred weight and that

   Gunpowder the same shall be turn'd once a month by me or my

   Ordr and tht it shall not be broke up or Imbezled or made use

   off and tht the Sd Powder I shall alway's be accountable for

   unto his Exncy when thereunto Required the Danger of ifire or

   other unresistable Casualties only excepted, witness my hand;
