    Capt Banks     June 1694 by Thomas Bankes Master of the Ship

           Ann and Hannah with Condition to Carry her load

   

   

    ing to Some Port of England Wales or Berwick And it appear

    ing by the Inclosed Affidavit of the sd Banks That in his Voy

    age home for England the sd Vessell was taken by two ffrench

    Privateers and Carryed into ifrance whereby the sd Ship and

    Cargoe were Utterly Lost you may affix this Ordr and Affi

    davit to the sd Bond in discharge thereof unless you have any

    thing further to Object We are

    Capt Banks Thomas Bankes Master of the Ann and Hanah

    Affidavit of

    his Ship maketh Oath That Whereas he did Enter into Bond

    being taken by the in Port of London abot May or June Anno Domi

   

    ffrench,  1693. to goe for Virginia and New found Land, this

           Deponent now affirms that he proceeded directly on

   

    this Voyage thither and there unloaded his Said Goods but it

    So happened tht in his Voyage homewards for England; the

    Said Vessell was taken by two ifrench privateers and Carryed

    into ffrance whereby the sd Ship and Cargoe was utterly lost.

    Dated 8th of July 1695.
