       Lib. C. B.     thousand pounds of Tobo To be paid out of the Impost Money

             of 4d p Gall; being in part of satisfaction for what is due to

          p. 19 the said Soldiers for their service in Potomack, Capt John

             Addison and Thomas Brooke Esqs having Undertaken here

             for to furnish the said Tobacco in Charles, Ann Arrundell &

             Calvert Counties, vpon his Exncie drawing an Ordr vpon their

             Majties Receivers of the said Impost Duty for the aforesd

             Sumes of Money, amounting in the whole to the Sume of Ninety

             Six pounds sterling.

             7 of the Councill Upon application in Councill, Ordered that Coll

             Ordered Nicholas Greenberry, Coll Charles Hutchins, Coll

               stri each David Browne, Thomas Tench Esq, Capt John

             Impost Courts & Thomas Brooke Esqs, Members of their

             Duty. Majties Councili be paid out of the Duty ariseing

             from the ffour pence p Gall Impost, the sume of Twenty ffive

             pounds strl each.

             MrBoothby Mr Boothby appeareing here according to the

             according to Ordr of this board, and being asked the Reason of

             Ordr. his not perfecting the Records of his time in the

             Provinciall Office, did after excuse made, faithfully promiss

             that he would set about the same forthwith and perfect all

             business of his time left vndone.

             Mr Grunwin Mr Grunwin being likewise called does say, that

             appeares   .    .  . .      .

             according to all business in his time relateing to the Provinciall

             Ordr. Office was fully compleated, except the faire write

             ing over one Alphabett & incerting some Bills of Cost, which

             he has Undertaken to finish.
