       Lib. H. D.     over them at nights to secure them from fire or other

             Accidents; And that the Clerks attending the same lye

             aiwayes in the Roome where the Records are lodged; And

             further Ordered that when the said Records arrive at Ann

             Arrundell Town in Ann Arrundell County the Sheriffe of the

             said County forthwith deliver the said Records into the Charge

             & Care of the Commissionrs concerned for Building the State

             house &c: who are to take Account off and secure the same

             in the most convenient place they think fit.

               Ordered that the severall persons summoned be ready to

             Morrow Morning early to inspect & take Account off the

             said Records, and that Mr Wriothesley, Mr ffree man & Stephen

             Blatchford be imployed in takeing the said Account in writing

             And that Mr Taylard, Mr Grunwin & Mr Cullen former Clerks

             in the Offices be sent for.
