             Capt Hurls Read the Petition of John Hurle Mastr of the Ship

             petition for  .

             Loan of Providence humbly therein dessireing the Loan of

             eight Barlis Eight Barrells of powder out of their Majties Store in

             of powder     .

       Whitehall    this Government therin promissing to Returne the

             like quantity in kind the next year the wch was granted and

             Eight Barlls Ordered that Eight Barrells of powder be delivered

             ordered Capt Hurle to the Petitioner out of their Majties Store Accord

                    ingly he giving good Security to returne the like

             quantity of small powder for the same

       Whitehall Accot of  Produced at the Board an Accot taken by the

             Amunicon

             & Armes at Honoble Coll Nichoas Greenberry October the 16th

             St Maries 1692 of all the publick Armes & Amunicön then

             Lodged at St Maries as likewise annother Accot by the

             Honoble Sr Tho: Laurence Barront 26th of June After wch are

             as follows Octobr the 16th day 1693 I took an Accot of all the

             publick Arms and Amunicon Lodged at St Maries City & are

             as followeth Vizt

             In the State House remaines in Gunpowder    81 whole Barlls

             The same time left in the Goverrs house in

              powder                   18 whole Barlls

       Whitehall The same House 4 Barrlls open'd wch will hold

               out bcttcr than             whole Bar

             Left at the S'd House in great Shott   H 64 lbs by weight

             And alsoe left there in Bullets Uncertaine

              but Judge About               2600 pounds
