   Baitemore Ordered that New Commission of the Peace and Lib. H. D.

   Commission for Tryall of Causes be Renewed for Baltemore

   of the Peace County and that Mr ffrancis Watkins & Capt Thomas

   Renewed

          Hamond be aded to the said Commission.

  

   Kent     That the like Commission be Renewed for Kent

   Comission County with the addition of Mr William ffrisby, Mr

   of the John Hinson, Mr Phillip Conner and Mr Thomas

   peace &Ca .

   Renewed   Ringald, and that Mr William ffrisby be of the

          Quorum.

  

   Kent County Ordered that the persons following be Commis

   Officers sionated Militia Officers for Kent County, Vizt Mr

   Appointed William ifrisby, Major, Mr Hans Hanson Captain of

  

   horse and Mr John Coppage Captain of ifoot.

  

  

     Vpon Reading Proposail of Esqr Randolph their Mats Sur- Whitehall

   veyor Generall and Representation of Esqr Plater their Mats

  

   Receiver relating to the Administratrix of Coll Blackiston

   about the Kings Revenue, seting forth that the said Estate

   was much indebted to their Mats but yet could get no papers

   out of her hands pursuant to a former Order of this Board.

  

            Ordered therevpon that Edward Randolph Esqr,

   Esqr Platers George Plater Esqr Mr Kenelm Cheseidyn, Mr

   proposall Robert Mason, Capt John Bayne and Mr Philip Lynes

  

   Admx of Coll goe to the house of the said Madam Blakiston and

   Blackiston make Demand of the Surrender of all Bills, Bonds,

  

  

     &    Ordr Certificates, Writings & papers whatsoever any ways

          relating to or concerning their Mats Duties and Cus

  

   toms here And in case the said Madam Blakiston refuse or deny

   to surrender vp the same vpon such their demand, they or as

   many of them as shall meet vpon the place are hereby Empow

   ered to take the assistance of a Constable along with them and

   so break open any trunck, Chest, truss or Lock whatsoever in

   Order to search out all such papers as are found to concern their

   Mats as aforesaid the which by them are to be close sealed vp

   with one Seal, and the said Madam Blakiston (if she thinks fit)

   with another Seal with leave of any person or persons as she

   shall bring to be present at the sorting of the said papers and

   taking an Account of the same, which are to be left in the p. 54

   Custody of Esqr Randolph by him to be kept & preserved in

   Order to be brought before this Board the 21th of September

   next, then to be broke open & inspected, And lastly Ordered

   that an Oath be administred to the said Madam Blakiston

   that she knows of no other Papers relating to their Mats Rev

   enue &Ca to be in the Custody of her selfe or any other person

   or persons by her imployed,
