Ljb. H. D. Ordered that Writts of Election issue accordingly pursuant to the Act of Assembly of this Province.
Coll Jowles Delivered by his Exncy at the Board, vnto the made keeper of the Broad honble Coll Henry Jowles, the Broad Seal of the Seal Province to be Keeper thereof; And it being moved
by his Exncy to know how the Court of Chancery has vsually been held in this Province; therevpon Mr Kenelm Cheseldyn was inquired off about the premises, who being asked the question does say that the same Judges which heard & determined Matters at Common Law have generally likewise determined Matters in Equity Ordered therevpon that the Court of Chancery continue to proceed in all respects as formerly, the Judiciall part thereof only at present excepted.
Coll Green- The Honble Coll Nicholas Greenberry formerly Moves Keeper of the Great Seal humbly Moves his Accruing by Exncy to know whether he may have liberty to Col
Seal during lect the ffees accruing by business passed the said his Custod' Seal during his Custody of the same Wherevpon of the same may be Ordered that the said ffees be allowed and pald to allowed him the said Coll Nicholas Greenberry to his owne proper vse according to Law, And that the Clerk of the Provinciall Court give his Honor a List of such ffees as by Process, precepts, Commissions or other Writings issued out of that Office, from the time of his Exncies Sr Edmund Andros his Accession to this Governmt vntil this day, being there pre pared and sent to his Honour to pass the Great Seal.

Ann of Maryland, John Blackmore Master for being loaden with Tobacco before security first given according to Lawe That being prevented by bad Weather in the Bay 1 came not from James River to the Provinciall Court holden in St Maries till the 15th day of May last in the morning in Order to trye the ship about Eight that Night I Received a Coppy of an Order of the ffourth of May directing Mr Plater to take care for due proceedings against the said ship, but the Juryes being dismissed that Cause then could not be Tryed: but a
