The humble petition of Edmund Dwyer of Cecil County
Humbly Sheweth.
That your Petitioner by Virtue of a Warrant for two thou-
sand Acres granted him by his Lordship bearing date the 8th
day of September 1683 directed to Colo George Talbott to lay
out the said Quantity of Acres expressed in the same Warrant
in some part of Christine Creek in Cecil County, your Peti-
tioner had returned in his name into the Land Office by Colo
Talbott aforesaid two different Certificates of Land laid out by
Virtue of the aforenamed Warrant the One Containing A

altogether a Stranger thereunto until now notwithstanding he
humbly craves that your Honours will be pleased to order

And your Petitioner will ever pray

force, Ordered that pattents for both the said Tracts in the
petition mentioned be Granted him as prayed
