to the Sheriff of the said County; And for encouragemt have

promised to deliver them twenty Matchcoates upon the

Samll Wheelers appear. & discharge

Came Samuel Wheeler of Cecil County, and presented him-
self to this board, as by his recognizance he was bound, noe
new matter of charge comeing agt him, he is upon his submis-
sion discharged, and prayes allowance for his costs and


charges in this behalf expended, ffor which (if he have been
unjustly charged and molested) he hath his proper remedy
at Law.
Ordered that Mr Nehemiah Blackiston his Majties Collector
Impowered for this Province, produceing at any time his
Comission to any of his Lsps Councill and leaveing the same to
be recorded, such Councelor hath power and he is hereby
authorised and empowered to administer unto the sd Blakiston
the oath of his Majties Collector and to grant unto him his Lsps
writt of Assistance for the better and more effectuall execution
of his Office

Came Coll William Stevens, and haveing taken the oath of
Deputy Lievetenant and privy Councellor to his Lsps takes his
place at the board.
