without the speciall appointment and directions of the said
Commissioners of Our Customes, And both you and they
and all others concerned are hereby required to bee Aiding
and Assisting to the Collector and other Officers appointed, or
that shall hereafter bee appointed by Our said Commissioners
of Our Customes, by and under the authority and Direction of
Our Treasurer or Commissioners of Our Treasury for the time
being in putting in execution the severall Acts of Parliament
before mentioned, together with such Orders and Instructions
as they have or shall from time to time receive from Our said
Commissioners of Our Customes.
Given at Our Court at Windsor the 10th day of August 1685
in the First year of Our Reigne.

Assembly to be dissolved

The Speaker and severall others the members of the
Assembly being dead and remooved out of this Province, It
was considered and Ordered that proclamations should issue
for the dissolution of the sd Assembly, and to signifie new Elec-
tions to be made, for an Assembly to be held at the City of
St Maries on the last Tuesday in March next

Act for advancemt of trade to have longer time &ca

Ordered that proclamation issue concerning the act for
advancemt of trade; that considering through the scarcity of
provisions, want of workman, and other necessaryes for build-
ing the Inhabitants of this Province and others willing to pro-
mote the designe of the said act, have been disabled to pursue
the tenor thereof in building by the time therein limitted, The
same be at prsent dispensed with, and the Inhabitants and
