and also three Hundred Acres of Land more whereon your
Petitioner caused to be built several Houses which Exposed
him to the Charge of Two Hundred Pounds and upwards
which Houses were soon after Burned and Demolished by
your Excellencys Servants
And Whereas your Petitioner at the taking up of the said
Land found that the same was Patented in his Royal Highness
the Duke of Yorks name and since being informed that it is
wholly at your Excellencys disposall
Your Petitioner humbly prays A Grant and Confirmation as
well of the said Neck of Land called Prune Hook as also of the
said 300 Acres of Land so by him taken up as aforesaid
And your Petitioner (as in duty Bound) shall ever pray
which petition was thus Subscribed Viz'
Lett the Request of Mr Richard Perrott be considered and
that he have the same Favour and Kindness as hath been
shewed to other Persons in the same Circumstances as to
Lands at the Whore Kills
To Colo Henry Darnall Colo Wm Digges C: Baltimore
and the rest of the Council whom these

Ordr for proclama to prohibit exporta of wheate & Ind: Corne.

Ordered that Proclamation issue prohibiting the Exportation
of all Indian Corne and wheate, but what shall be absolutely
necessary for the subsistance of the Master Seamen and pas-
sengers of any Shipp or vessell to enable them to pforme their
voyage, according to the Estimate of the Collector or other
Officer with whom any such Shipp or vessell shall Enter and
cleare

Accordingly Proclama issued and is before entred by mistake
in fol (109)
