at any time requisite and necessary. And the said Genll
Assembly and Assemblys soe from time to time called Assem-
bled and summoned or to be called assembled or summoned,
from time to time when and as often as his sd Deputes shall
judge it necessary in our name to prorogue or otherwise
to dissolve at his said Deputies pleasure. And likewise
for us and in our name, and in our absence from our
said Province to ordeine make and Enact by and with
the advice assent and approbation of any such Assembly
or Assemblys soe called assembled or summoned as afore-
said Lawes to be of fforce untill Wee our Self or our
heires or Assignes Lord and Propry Lords and Propryes of the
said Province shall declare and publish or cause to be de-
clared or published within our sd Province his their or some of
their particular dissent or dissents, disagreemt or disagreemts
to the same, under our, his, their, or some of their Seale or
Scales soe as the said Lawes and Acts soe to be ordeined
made and Enacted be consonant to Reason, and be not repug-
nant or contrary, but as neere as reasonably may be agreeable
to the Lawes Statutes and Customs of the Kingdom of Eng-

land, and soe as the same be noe waies repugnant into or
destructive of our Rights priviledges or Jurisdictions, or to the
Disinherison of us our heires or Assignes Lords and proprysof
the said Province, or contrary to our or their power Governmt
or Dominion, or contradictory to a certain Act of Assembly
heretofore made in the nineteenth yeare of the Dominion of
our deceased ffather of Noble memory Annoq Dmi One
Thousand Six hundred and ffifty, Intituled [An Act Concern-
ing Religion] And Likewise Wee Doe further give and
grant vnto our said Deare Sonn dureing the time of his exer-
cise of the said Office aforesaid full power and Authority from
time to time by his Deputies to make, constitute, ordeine, and
publish in our name such wholesome reasonable and profit-
able Ordinances Edicts and Proclamations within our said
Province, for the better Governing of the people in our sd
Province, and with such reasonable paines and penalties to be
therein expressed as We our Self may Lawfully doe being per-
sonally prsent in our said Province. Willing and hereby require-
ing that all the above mentioned powers and authorities by these
prsents, given and granted to our said Deare Sonn be from
time to time (as occasion shall require) exercised performed
and executed for our said Deare Sonn (by reason of his ten-
der yeares,) by our Dearely beloved Cozen George Talbott
