ning the hazard of being excluded and exempt from any
future or further benefitt or advantage to be obtained of us by
such further amendmt of or Additions to the said Act, as the

due Obedience to, and ready complyance herewith (upon good
reasons offered unto us and our two houses of Assembly at
our next convention) may obleige us to condescend and
assent unto: And to the End that this our Will & pleasure
may the better be published and made knowne Wee Doe
hereby will and require all and singular the Sheriffes of this
our Province forthwith upon receipt hereof to make publick
Proclamation hereof in the most publick and convenient places
within their severall and respective Counties.
Given at our City of St Maries under the greate Seale of
this our Province of Maryland the Seaven and Twentieth day
of ffebruary in the nineth yeare of our Dominion &c. Annoq
Dmi. 1683:

County Clks. to transmitt their Alienations to the Secrys.

Ordered that the honble the Secrys of this Province issue
forth their commands to the severall County Clerke to trans-
mitt to them from the records of their respective Counties an
Accot of . all the Alienations made within their respective
Counties to this day for his Lspps peruseall.


At a Councill held at the City of St Maries the Twelfth
day of March In the nineth yeare of the Dominion of the
Rt honble Charles &ca Annoq Dmi. 1683:

Delaware Bay & New Ireland considered

Proposed by his Lsp to the board whither it were not neces-
sary to encourage the seateing of Delaware Bay & other parts
adjacent within the Degree of ffourty Northern Latitude more
especially that part called New Ireland, granted to Coll
George Talbott.

Voted that the same is most necessary & commodious for
