the Country in Swillevans shipp a joyner by trade & had bin
lately in suite for his freedome and informe him from him the
said Sharpe That Sharpe had an Assignen^t of him for the Cus-
tome of the Country And that Sharpe desired him to come
by faire meanes & he would be kind to him Otherwise That
Sharpe would have a power from none of the smallest of the
Country and issue an hue & crye after him & fetch him by
force. And assure him That if he steyes at Roystons, Roys-
ton will ruin him. All which the s^d Webb read then to Roys-
ton And brought the said Oleonard to the said Sharpes house
In Regard nothing appeares before this board but a paper
conteyning foure persons oathes hudled together in one

Affidavit and noe body appearing against the said Sharpe and
Webb nor any person bound to prosecute. Ordered That the
said Sharpe and Webb are discharged from any further
Attendance on this board.

successo^rs Lords and Prop^rys of this Province, and to his and
their Leivetenant Gen" or Chiefe Governo^r for the time being,
And I will well and faithfully serve his said L^spp in the Office
of Justice of the Provinciall Court in all things that thereunto
appertaines. Soe help me God &c
