Produced by the sheriffe of S^t Maries County a Lre written
by Anthony Underwood an Attorney of the Provinciall Court
to Thomas Carvile Adviseing him to come to his house to
consult of his business where he should be received and kept
secretly till such tyme as they had fully concluded what best to
doe and then he might Safely returne, he being fled into
Virg^a Warrant issued to the Sheriff to search the house of
the said Underwood and to summons him to appeare before
this board to morrow 3 Clock afternoone
Maj^r Nicholas Sewall and M^r John Darnall nominated &
appointed by his L^spp to be Justices of the Provinciall Court
and Order issued to Coll Vincent Lowe to sweare them as
such in the Court.

Thomas Grunwin Admitted and Sworne Clk of the Councill
Ordered that Proclamation issue for proroguing the
Assembly till the first Tuesday in October next being the
day of the said moneth. And the Provinciall Court Adjourned
till the last Tuesday of the same moneth both to the house of
John Larkin at the Ridge in Anne Arrundell County and all
writts to be returneable thither
