In Council 11^th Aug^t 1777.
Sir.
We owe Col^o Hooe a pair of three Pound Guns; his Vessel,
in which they are to be put, is to sail on Wednesday; we have
sent a Waggon on purpose to you to get two of those you
were speaking to us of, and, if any of them have Carriages,
send two of them; we are much obliged to Col^o Hooe nor
would, by any Means, disappoint him. We are &^ca

Ordered, That the western shore Treasurer Pay to Edward
Lloyd Esq^r two hundred and ten Pounds, seven Shillings &
six Pence for attendance in Council

Wednesday 13 August 1777.
Present as on yesterday. M^r Lee attended.

Ordered That the western shore Treasurer pay to Frede-
rick Green four hundred and fifty eight Pounds four Shillings
Am^t of Acc^t passed.
That the said Treasurer Pay to George Wells one hundred
& eight Pounds twelve shillings & nine Pence Am^t of Acc^t
and the further Sum of Four hundred Pounds on Acc^t
That the said Treasurer Pay to Joseph & Andrew two
Frenchmen, fifteen Dollars for a Musquet, a broken musquet
& three Cutlasses
That the said Treasurer Pay to Charles Wallace Esq^r Paym^r
of the State Troops, twelve hundred & fifty eight pounds
thirteen shillings and Eleven Pence, Balance of Acc^t passed by
the Board of Acc^ts
That the said Treasurer Pay to Stephen Steward One Thou-
