tions of the Goods & Chattells of all persons already deceased
or hereafter Deceaseing as to any Goods or Chattels which
they have or shall have within the said Province of Maryland
And in all the Incidences and Emergences thereunto belong-
ing or thereupon Ariseing And in all matters Concerning the
Exhibiting of the Inventaryes or Accompts.
Upon the makeing Probate of any such Will or Wills or
granting of any Letters of Administration And of all and
Every the Rights and Appurtenances thereunto belonging att
the Suite or Instance of any Personn or Persons haveing or
pretending to have Interest And to Proceed & Determine
sentence Decree & Adjudge the same And Every of them
And to Administer Right and Justice to all and Every Person
therein According to the Laws in such Cases. And Accord-
ing to the Usage and Customes of the said Province And
wee doe alsoe hereby grant unto you all other Powers and
Priveledges Rights and Jurisdictions Lawfully belonging to A
Court for makeing of Probate of Wills or Granting Letters of
Administration as aforesaid And all due and Just ffees Profitts
and Emoluments belonging to A Judge of such A Court as
shall be Agreed and Settled by our Lieutenant and Councell
in our said Province Saveing to all and Every Person and
Persons that shall Conteine themselves Aggreived their Law-
full Appeale to us or in Our Absense to Our Lieutenant of the
said Province for the time being or Such Other person or
persons as Wee or our said Lievtenant shall appoint to heare
and determine the same To Haue Hold Exercise and Enjoy
the said office of Judge and Comissary Genrll aforesaid in Our
said Province Unto you Our said Unkle And soe to remaine
Continue doe and Exercise all and Singular the Premisses
Till wee shall Signifie our Will and Pleasure to the Contrary
Given under Our hand and Great Seale of this Our Province
the fifth of Aprill in the first yeare of our Dominion over our
said Province of Maryland Annoq Domi 1676.
