keeping of the Peace Lawes & Orders & all & singular either

the prmisses And att certaine dayes Appointed according to

Act of Assembly in that Case provided And such places which
|
|
you or any foure or more of you as aforesaid shall in that
|
|
behalfe Appoint Ye make Enquiries upon the prmisses &
|
|
pforme & fullfill the same in forme aforesaid doeing therein
|
|
that which to Justice apperteyneth according to the Lawes
|
|
Orders & reasonable Customes of our said Province saveing
|
|
to us the Amerciamts & other things thereof to us belong-
|
|
ing And therefore we Comand the Sheriffe of the said County
|
|
of St Maryes by Vertue of these prsents That att the dayes &
|
|
places aforesaid which you or any such foure or more of you
|
|
as aforesaid shall make knowne to him to give his Attendance
|
|
on you And if need require to cause to come before you or
|
|
any such foure or more of you as aforesaid such & so many
|
|
good & lawfull men of yr County by whom the truth in the
|
|
prmisses may the better be knowne & Enquired of And
|
|
further you shall cause to be brought before you att the said
|
|
dayes & place the Writts prcepts processe & Indictmts to yor
|
|
Court & Jurisdiccon belonging that the same may be Inspected
|
|
& by a due Course determined as aforesaid. Given att our
|
|
Citty of St Maryes under the Great Seale of our said Province
|
|
of Maryland the second day of March in the first yeare of our
|
|
Dominion &c Annoq dmi One Thousand six hundred Seaventy
|
