The Governour and Councell haveing taken into considera-
tion that the disbursemts for provisions and other charges
relateing to the late Indian Warr with the Susquehanoughs
Indian & that the same may be levyed this yeare & haveing
seen severall papers and accompts thereunto relateing but not
the whole accompt of Charges & disbursments doe appoint to
meet againe on Munday next.
Monday the 29th 1675

Jesse Wharton Esqr
The Governour and Councell have thought fitt that Comis-
sioners be appointed tocall before them all such persons whether
Officers Soldiers or people that pressed or spared provisions
or any thing else for the Indian Warr and to state the
Accompts of the Soldiers as to their tyme & pay certainly
And for all those that have any other demands for provisions
&c to state the accompt in certainty and to allow all reasona-
ble demands and for such as are unreasonable to regulate
them according to good Conscience and the whole so stated
and every particular mans accompt to certifie downe to the
Governour & Councell with all convenient Speed.

Coll Samuel Chew Or any two of them
Major Wm Burges & tht the Sheriff be
Capt Richd Hill then prsent
The Governour Or any two of them &

Coll Wharton Or any two of them
Capt Jno Douglas & tht the Sheriff be
Mr Henry Adams then prsent
Ordered that 85l tob p poll be leavyed upon the severall &
respective tithables of this province and be added to the
former Levy so that the publiq Levy this yeare is 165l tob p
poll.
