Lib. R. R. Enjoyne all persons whatsoever for private gaine or otherwise
to forbeare to keep any fferry Boat or Boats for Transporting
other men or horses over the said River of Petuxent or any
part thereof att their pill Given under the great Seale of
the said Province of Maryland the third day of Novembr in the
44th yeare of the Dominion of Cecilius &c Annoq Dmi 1675.

Att a Council held att Mattapenny Sewall the third day of
Novembr in the 44th yeare of the Dominion of Cecilius &c.

Ordered that Proclamacon be forthwith made by the sever-
all Sheriffes of each respective County That all persons that
have been att any Charge & Expences for Provision Amuni-
tion or otherwise about the late Expedicon agt the Susqua-
hanough Indians come to the next Provinc'' Court or deliver
their severall Accompts thereof to the respective Sheriffes of
each County who are to have the same ready to deliver to the
Governor & Council att the next Provinciall Court And that
Richard Robinson Comandr of the good Shipp the John of
Hull have notice given him by the High Sheriffe of Charles
County that he be & appeare att the next Provinciall Court to
deliver in his Acct to the Governor & Council of his Expence
& Charges about the said Expedicon.

p. 45 Then Ordered that there be a party of Thirty men raised,
fifteene out of St Maryes County & fifteene out of Charles
County, to march under the Comand of Capt John Douglas,
& Capt Gerard Sly, to Range the woods about Pascattoway
& the Susquahanough ffort, to take upp all such horses as
they shall finde that were lost by the Souldiers in the late
Expedicon agt the Susquahanough Indians, whereof Jon
Burrows, Joseph Horton, Vincent Mansfield, Richard Bright-
well, Mannah Hawton the Indian & James Smallwood are to
be part.

Then Ordered that the Comissionrs of Calvert County doe
adjourne their next County Court till some convenient tyme
after the next Provinciall Court which Is to be holden the
sixteenth of this instant Novembr that the Persons concerned
in busines att both Courts may give their due Attendance att
the Provinciall Court.
