By ordr of this board also issued the following precept to
Coll Chandler viz
Maryland ss:
Whereas you have formerly recd: his Lspps ordr to you
directed concerning Daniel Mathena of your County to have
him examined at your next County Court and afterwards to
be bound over for his further examination to the next Pro-
vinciall Court to be holden for this Province at the City of St
Maries. His Lspp hath further thought fitt to Require you,
and you are hereby willed and Required that soe soone as the
said Daniel shall have passed his Examination at your County
Court as aforesaid, you cause him and other the witnesses
and Evidences therein concerned with the Examination afore-
said to be forthwith transmitted unto his Lspp and Councill at
the City of St Maries without Delay. Whereof you are not
to faile. Dated at the City of St Maries the Eighth Day of
August in the sixth yeare of the Dominion of the Rt honble
