May it please your Ldspp:
I would request your Lspp to afford me your further Instruc-
tions if in case I cannot bring the fforreigne Indians to any
reasonable complyance my hands are tyed up I shall be loth
to Sacrifice soe many good men and not to doe something
for the honor of your Lspp and good of this Province, neither
would be an instrument to create a warr with soe potent an
Enemy 		Lib. R.
