Honble the Lord Propry and his Councill at the state house at
the City of S( Maries on Tuesday next the ffifth Day of Octo-
ber whereof they are not to faile as they will answer the con-
trary at their perill and lett them have there with them this
precept. Dated the thirtieth Day of September 1880:

Summoned John Story, and John Bennett, James Taylor
not to be found Rando Brandt:
Severall Complaints haveing been exhibited to his Lspp:
against John Hawkins of Talbott County to whom a Commiss0
had been formerly granted for hunting and takeing up wild
horses &c. It was ordered that the same be vacated by a
particular ordr from this board to be Delivered to Capt Peter
Sayer for that purpose wch is as foll viz

Whereas Commission was formerly granted to John Haw-
kins of Talbott County to hunt for and take up wild horses,
and whereas severall Complts and Informations against the
said Hawkins have been exhibited to his Lspp. These are
therefore by ordr of his said Lspp and his Councell to publish
pronounce and Declare the said Commission to be void Null
and vacated to all intents and purposes strictly charging &
Commanding the said Hawkins to take due Cognizance
hereof and not to act any further by vertue or undr pretence
of the same as he will answer the Contrary at his perill Dated
the ffifth Day of October in the ffifth yeare of the Dominion
of the Rtt Honble Charles &c. Annoq Dmi. 1680:
