At which day before the said Lord Propry
in his upper house of Assembly at the City

p. 53

of S^t Maries came as well the said Ralph Shawe as the said
Philip Lynes by their Attorneys. Whereupon as well the
Record and process aforesaid, and the judgement theron given
as the matter aforesaid for Erro^r assigned being by the s^d Lord
Propry then and there scene, heard, diligently examined and
fully understood, and mature deliberation being thereon had
It seemeth to the s^d Lord Propry in his upper house of Assem-
bly afores^d that in the Record and process aforesaid, and in
the rendring of judgem^t aforesaid, it is in noe wise Erred,
therefore It is considered that the judgem^t aforesaid in all
things be affirmed, and stand in its full force and effect, the
said causes or matters aforesaid by the s^d Philip Lynes for
Erro^r assigned in any wise notwithstanding; And it is further
considered that the s^d Ralph Shaw recover ag^t the said Philip
Lynes his cost & charges in the behalfe expended according
to the forme of the Statute in the case made and provided
The said Ralph Shaw p Thomas Burford Esq^r his Attorney
prayeth the taxing of costs inter him & Lynes upon argueing
the writt of Erro^r in this house, and that he may have thereof
Execution w^ch was granted him and are as foll. viz^t
