Proceed to pvse and Examine the debate of the grand
Committee of both houses on the seaventeenth instant in
Order to give instructions to the members of this house
Committees appointed to perfect the bills and amendments.
A Message by Cap^ta John Osbourne and Cap^ta Richard Hill:

Lower house of Assembly Aprill the 18^th 1684
M^r Thomas Burford M^r John Rousby, Capt John Osbourne
and Cap^t Richard Hill nominated and appointed by this house
to ioine in Committee with the members of the Vpper house
nominated to pfect the bills and amendm^ts agreed on by the
members of both houses in a Grand Comittee and will meet
at Eight a Clock to morrow morning as is desired

A breviate of the grand Committee result drawne vp and
delivered to Coll William Stevens and M^r John Darnall
appointed by this house to joine in Comittee w^th some of the
Lower house to perfect the bills and amendments agreed on
by the Grand Comittee the 17^th Instant, for their Instructions
delivered to them also, two bills drawne up by this house viz^t
An Act prohibiting the Imbezelling his Lopps Ordnance &c
and an Act for an Additionall clause to the oath of ffidelity:
And they are Sent out to the Committee:
Adjourne till monday morning Eight a Clock.
