manufacturing p^r yard with the cost of sending it to Baltimore
without a Farthing profit. M^r Smith will send it to you at
Annapolis should you require it.

Gentlemen.

Your favor of the 14^th Inst, notifying my re-appointment
and desiring that I would join the Board as soon as possible,
I received only this morning, had it reached me sooner I
should have taken the earliest opportunity of answering it to
obviate any inconveniences which might arise from the want
of your full complement of members.

The repeated Honors I have experienced from the Conven-
tion merit my warmest acknowledgements and afford agreable
Testimonials of their approbation of my conduct as a member
