pany of militia in Caecil County, belonging to the 30th Battalion.

Militia in Dorchr Coty belg to 3rd Battalion.
Ordered That the Treasurer of the Western shore pay to
Captn Rezin Beall one hundred and sixty nine Pounds, seven
shillings and six Pence on Acct of his Compy
It is agreed that Mr Wm Lux be empowered to settle for,
and receive from the Committee of Safety of Virginia, the
Amount of the Freight of Gunpowder in the Brigantine
Frienship, Captn Martin from St. Eustatia amounting to
£611.. 5.. — Maryld Currency.
Ordered That Commissary of stores deliver to Isaac Harriss
2w Gun Powder for to prove his rifles and Musquets.
Copy of Letter No 60 was sent to Messrs Smyth, Hands &
Nicholson.
Ordered That a General Court-Martial be held for the
Tryal of Captain Richard Bennett Hall; Jeremiah Ryley and
Jonathan Wright Lieutt of Captn Boyd's Company, and Lieut
Jas Mullikin of Captn Hall's Company, on the twenty fifth Day
of July at Upper Marlbro: and that Major John Rogers be
President of the said Court, and the following Persons mem-
bers of the said Court.
