Resolved that Wednesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays be
set apart for auditing and paying off Accounts against the
Publick; All Persons therefore who have just Claims are to
attend the Council of Safety on those Days and no other, and
are requested to bring their Accounts proved or authenticated
by proper Vouchers.
Ordered That a Copy of the above Resolution be inserted
in the Maryland Gazette.
Mr Tilghman has Leave of Absence.

Met according to Adjournment. Present the same Mem-
bers as on Saturday.
Ordered That the Treasurer of the Western Shore pay to
Mr Thomas Ringgold for the use of Elisha Winters of Chester
Town in Kent County eight hundred and fifty five Pounds
common money to enable said Winters to comply with his
Contract for manufacturing Fire Arms.
Ordered That the said Treasurer pay to Alexander McFadon
of George Town in Frederick County three hundred Pounds
common money to enable him to carry on a linen Manufactory.
Ordered That the said Treasurer pay to the Clerk thirty
pounds to pay Expresses and for other Purposes.
Resolved that a Convention of the Delegates of Maryland
be held at the City of Annapolis on Thursday the 20th of this
Instant.
Copies of Letter No 18 were sent to the Delegates in Con-
vention for each County respectively; Copies of No 19 to the
several Brigadiers General respectively; Copy of No 20 to the
Deputies of this Province in Congress, and Copy of No 21 to
the Honble John Hancock Esqr President of Congress.
Ordered That the Treasurer of the Western Shore pay to
Col. Zadok Magruder thirty seven Pounds nine Shillings and
ten pence for Expences incurred in guarding the Prisoners
sent from North Carolina, from George Town to Frederick-
Town.
Ordered That the said Treasurer pay to Col. Zadok Magru-
der eighteen Pounds common money for three month's Pay of
the Adjutant to his Battalion of Militia to the 6th instant.
Ordered That the following notice be given in the Mary-
land Gazette, to wit
"All Persons who are willing to undertake the erecting and
