powder and 200 pounds Weight of Lead to the Committee of
Observation for Caroline County.
Commission issued to William Tillard Esq^r Quarter Master
of the Battalion of Militia in Ann Arundel County commanded
by Col. John Weems.
Ordered that the Committee of Observation for Charles
County send 2 1/2 Barrels of powder 1000 pounds Weight of
Lead under the Care of a commissioned Officer of Militia to
the Committee of Observation for St. Mary's County, half a
Barrel of said powder for Cap^t John Allen Thomas's Company
of regular Troops and the Residue for the two Battalions of
Militia in that County.
Ordered, That the Committee of Observation for Charles
County send under the Care of a commissioned Officer of
Militia, One Barrel of Gunpowder and 400 pounds Weight of
Lead to the Committee of Observation for Calvert County,
one half of said powder and Lead for Capt. Rezin Beall's

independent Company of regular Forces.
Ordered, That 80 Copies of the Articles of War be imme-
diately printed.

ordered to be entered, and is as follows.
