Liber A. 23o die April Anno dni 1649 This Bill bindeth mee Wifim Tompson mee my heires executrs or Assignes to pay or cause to bee paid vnto Ralph Beane his heires or Assignes the iust some of 3500 waight of good merchantable Leafe Tobacco with Caske to bee paid vnto the said Ralph Beane at or vppon the 10th of November next ensueing the date hereof In witnes whereof I haue herevnto sett my hand the day & yeare aboue written Wm Tompson Rowland Sissill Tho: Thomas
March the 1. 1649 This Bill bin deth mee Walter Pakes my heires execrs Admrs or Assignes to pay or cause to bee paid to Walter Beane his heires or Assignes the iust some of 27901 of sound merchant- able Leafe Tob: with Cask, And for his better security I binde over my plantacon houseing moveables & vnmoveables, cattell with all other things that is nowe in my possion And doe deliver the same in the prsents of vs whose names are here subscribed There is more due five pounds of Beaver Testes Rich: Nevett.
