554Court and Testamentary Business, 1657.
Liber B. unto the Said Fran: Peake by will of the Sd Lawrence The No. 3. Court doth order that what Cattle can be found tht was of
Late in the Possession of John Dandy, and that the Said Peake can make appear was the proper Cattle of the Sd Lawrence, that the Sheriffe Shall deliver the Sd Cattle unto the Sd Peake, and what Increase the Said Dandy hath marked of his own Marke of the Sd Cattle and Shall Soe appeare to this Court be likewise delivered unto the Said Peake.
The Same Court Continued the 4th of November 1657 mr Rich: Preston. mr Wood: Stockley Present mr Mich: Brookes. mr Phillip Morgin mr Wm Ewens. Order for mr George Peake & his wifes Appearance Whereas mr George Peake who married the relict of mr Robert Parr deceased was Summoned to this Court with his wife to give an accompt of the Due Administration of the Estate of the Sd Parr deceased and the Said Peake alledging that at present he is not Provided to give an accompt, The Court doth ordr that the Said George Peake & his wife do appeare at the next Provinciall Court in march next to give an accompt of the whole Estate tht the Sd mr Robert Parr was possessed of when he the Said Parr dyed.

Order to Capt Keen for 450 l Tob out of the Estate of Bar: Bloome Whereas Capt Henry Keene hath Sued to this Court for a debt of four hundred and fiftie pounds of Tobacco and Caske out of the Estate of Bartholomy Bloome deceased, and it appearing to this Court upon the oath of the Said Keene, that by accompte there is So much due, The Court doth order that four hundred and fiftie pounds of Tobacco be Satisfied unto the Said Keene out of the Estate of the Said Bloom deceased
Order to Tho: Bellcher for 460 l Tob out of the Estate of Bar: Bloorne Whereas it appeareth to this Court that the Estate of Bar- tholomy Bloome is indebted unto mr Thomas Bellcher and mr Richard Smith the Sume of four hundred & Sixtie pounds of Tob and Caske by Bill, The Court doth order that the Said debt of four hundred and Sixtie pounds of Tobacco and Caske, be Satisfied out of the Estate of the Said Bloome deceased.
