Liber 13. the debt The Court doth order that the Said Smith Shall Sat- No. 3. isfie the Said Debt within 8 days or Else Execution wth Cost of Suit

Order for Attachmt Versus the Estate of major In Billingly
Whereas major John Billingsly was arrested to this Court at the Suit of Thomas Semer and by the Testimony of the Sheriff the Said Billingsly did engage his Estate in this Province for his appearance at this Court in the Suit, and he not appearing the Court cloth order that an Attachment be Granted against the Estate of the Said Billingsly to the Value of 4000 pounds of Tobacco to Answer Such demands as the Said Seamer Shall lustly make appeare to be due upon Legall determination at the Provinciall Court to be held the 20th of march next
Whereas David ffarrea hath made appear to tlf Court tht Tho Seamer Stancleth indebted unto him by Spllty the Sume of 1023 l of Tob & Cask The Cort doth ordr that the Sd Seamer Shall make full Satisfacon in io days wth Cost of Suit otherwise Execution
Order to Peter Joy ver: Hen: Catchman for building Whereas Peter Joy hath Petitioned this Court for Satisfaco for his building a foot dwelling house for Henry Catchma who being non resident, “he Court doth order that the Said Joy Shall have his Satisfaction out of the house which he So built which is 300 pounds of Tobacco and Caske with Cost of Suit David ffarrea plant Whereas David ffarrea hath made appeare Tames Jolly defendt to this Court that James lolly Standeth indebted to him in the Sume of one Thousand five hundred and twenty pounds of Tobacco in Caske by Specialty due upon demand dated the first of November 1656 The Court cloth therefore order that the Said James Jolly Shall within 10 clays Satisfie the Said debt with Cost of Suit or Else Execution Emperor Smith Whereas by former Order mr Battin being Ver: Battin arrested to Answer the Suit of Emperor Smith And the Said Battin not appearing, It was then Ordered that if
