It is therefore Ordered that the Sheriff Shall take two Suffi- Liber B. cient men and prize what he hath attached of Daniell Moneys No. 3. and deliver it to John Bagby And if there be any more then the Account Cometh to Return the Overplus.
Whereas Richard Collett had a Lre of Administracon on p. 190 the Estate of Thomas Connery It is ordered that mrs Elton- head in whose hands the Said Estate is Shall deliver the Estate of the Said Connery upon Oath to the Said Collett Adminis- trate of the Said Connery.
