       Hubart Paty plte    The pite is Nonsuited for want of prosecu- Liber B.

       John Wakefield deft tion and is ordered to pay twenty pounds of

       p Attorn    Tob: to the defendt for his trouble in attend-

       ing this Court with Court Charges

      

        Upon the Mocon of Thomas Connery being Summoned for

       a Wittness on the behalf of Hubart Paty against John Wake-

       field attending two days and Paty not appearing, It is ordered

       that Connery be allowed by Patty forty pounds of Tobacco for

       his trouble and Charge therein

      

   mr Phillip Land plte    The pltes Suit being for 502 l of Tob:

       Admr John Stringer deft f and Caske due to him out of the decedents

      

       Estate p Bill dated 23 January 1652. And mr Edward Packer

       the Administrator now present and not objecting any thing

       against it, It is ordered that the pite be paid out of the dece-

       dents Estate the Said five hundrcd and two pounds of Tobacco

       and Caske the Bill being now delivered up and Cancelled.

      

      

        Upon the Motion of Henry Pountney attending upon Sum-

       mons to be Examined on the behalf of Richard Ware at the

       Suit of Capt Tho: Cornwalleys. It is Ordered that he be

       allowed by Ware Twenty five pounds of Tobacco for his

       attendance for one day

      

      

        Upon the Motion of mr Nicholas Gwyther, It is Ordered that

       the Attachmt laid upon the Estate of George Roper at his Suit

       for 700' of Tobacco and Caske doe Stand in force till the Next

       Court and the Said Gwyther is in the Meanetime to Endeavour

       to give Notice thereof to Ropers widdowe that defence may be

       made therein if She See Cause, and the Said Gwyther then 8

       Clearing his demand to the Court Such releife will be given as p. 5

       Shall be thought fitt

      

       mr William Eltonhead pite The defendant now appearing and the

       Richard ‘rrue defendant pite not attending the hearing of this

      

       Cause, is respited till the next Court

      

      

        Upon the Motion of John Medley for an Allowance in respect

       of the great Charge he hath and is like to be at in keeping mr

       Robert Greene, It is ordered that the Busieness be referred to

       the Consideration of the next Assembly the allowance May be

       made by publick Levy for his Satisfaction therein

      

       Walter Beane pite   The plies Suit being for 1835 l of Tob: &

      

       John Dandy defendt Caske p Bill & Accornpt, which the defendt
