Upon the Mocon of Thomas Connery being Summoned for a Wittness on the behalf of Hubart Paty against John Wake- field attending two days and Paty not appearing, It is ordered that Connery be allowed by Patty forty pounds of Tobacco for his trouble and Charge therein

Estate p Bill dated 23 January 1652. And mr Edward Packer the Administrator now present and not objecting any thing against it, It is ordered that the pite be paid out of the dece- dents Estate the Said five hundrcd and two pounds of Tobacco and Caske the Bill being now delivered up and Cancelled.
