London Decr 21st 1756.
Sir
I have ordered Mr Lloyd, to pay you, the whole Rev-
enue for the Support of Government, agreeable to the
Law of 1704. & as he has Signified to me, that the twelve
pence pr hogshead, may on Acct of the small exportation of
Tobacco this year; fall short of yr usual income; I have direct'd
him to make it good to you in case that should happen & on
the contrary if their remain any Over plus above £1000 pr
Ann: I Expect yr Acct to me thereof, by Bills of Exchange;
there being many charges, attending the Government & the
property of the Province, wch that ought in part to Support
I am Sir
with the greatest regard

this Affair being in particular Baltimore
betwixt you & myself I desire
you will act accordingly.
