It is likewise Concluded and agreed on by the Iustices
above named and by the principall Freeholders at the time
and place abovesaid met together
That from the main Branch of Swanstons Creeke to the
Lower Part of Harvey hundred be in one Parish the Church
for the said Parish being already Built standing by the Fork
of Trent Creek called by the name of All faiths Church
The Vestry men appointed and chosen by the principal
Freeholders at the time and place abovesaid met together are

The aforesaid Commission with some of the Principal Free-
holders of the said County have in pursuance of and Comply-
ance of and Complyance with the Act of Assembly Intituled
An Act for the Service of Almighty God, and the Establish-
ment of the Protestant Religion in this Province laid out and
divided the County aforesaid into two districts & Parish's
that is to say one Parish for Worton & South Sassafrax hun-
dred and the other for North Sassafrax Bohemia and Elk
Hundreds
