or any authority but his own, which he makes use of to very
ill Ends seeking to Propogate and Promote his own Interest
and satisfy his own avaratious appetite above and before their
Majestys Service which is the least of his regard spurns at
Governmt & insults over their Majestys Subjects insolently
commanding their Persons and pressing and seizing their
goods as Boats hands and horses at Pleasure without any
manner of satisfaction or so much as a good word making
unjust and letigious seizures of some without any grounds or
cause more then malice or hopes of Gain for composition, &
conniving at and compounding with others for the breach of
their Majestys Laws though never so plain and obnoxious for
a small matter many times to his own private use and advan-
tage of which we conceive your Honours will have but a very
slender (if any) accot at all: In fine (may it please your
Honours) that publickly demonstrates himself a Male Content
at the present constitution and frame of Government wishing
for a change and in his private caballs with his associates
frequently drinking a health to the man that must have his
Mare again, thereby mystically intimating the restoration of
King Iames to the Crown which he tells them they not doubt
but to see and hear before May day and words to that Effect
all which the Inclosed Copys will more plainly make appear to
your Honrs & we shall be able in a short time we doubt not to
back and confirm the same with many more of the like nature
and complexion and how such a person that corresponds with
none but the Kings Enemies can be thought to serve their
Majestys we humbly refer to your Honrs more judicious and
wise considerations a more particular and exact Accot your
Honours may have we suppose from the Collectors whose
Duty it is to inform your Honours of all matters of this nature,
& therefore we shall not further enlarge at present but take
leave to subscribe our selves
