Mr Edward Mann of Talbot County shall take Care to release
him by giving Bond to have him forthcoming at the expiration
of the time he hath to serve his said Master to make Satisfac-
tion to the Countrey for his Fees accordg to Law or untill further
orders from this board or such time as he shall be otherwise
lawfully discharged

The petition of Elizabeth Baker Widow
Sheweth
That your Petitioner the 14th day of May 1689 had granted
her out of the Land Office a warrant for five hundred acres of
Land, for which caution being given and satisfied, yet the
warrant never made use of which your Petitioner is ready to
averr upon her oath your Petitioner therefore prays an order
of this honble board for renewment thereof (which warrant is
herewith produced to your Honours
And your Petitioner shall pray &ca
Ordered that the petrs warrant be renewed out of the Land
Office as is prayed
Ordered that the French man formerly taken and sus-
pected for a Spy & Committed into the Custody of the Sheriff
of St Marys County but by order of this board thereof ac-
quitted and discharg'd only lying for his Fees be now forth-
with discharg'd of his fees also and sett at Liberty without
paying any
