M^r Robert Mason high Sheriff of S^t Marys County for and on
the behalf of M^r Rob^t Carse late high Sheriff of the same, upon
his petition also to this Board preferred
Also to Iane Skipwith widow & Relict of Iohn Skipwith
dec'd late Clerk of S^t Marys County Court upon her petition
was Granted the like order as above mutat mutand: directed
to the said Mason
And likewise upon a Petition of Iohn Edwards of Calvert
County who married the Widow and Relict of Andrew
Abington Decd late high Sheriff of said County issued this
foll Precept viz^t

By his Excellency the Governor & the honble Counc^ll
Maryland ss
Ordered that the Sheriff of Calvert County do collect &
receive or levy by way of Execution on the Persons or Estates
of such as shall refuse or delay payment the fees and arrears
of Fees and other publick dues due to the Estate of Andrew
Abington late high Sheriff of said County dec'd and the same
when Levyed or recd: that he pay and satisfy unto M^r Iohn
Edwards of the same County who married the widow and
relict of the said Abington

In humble manner sheweth
Whereas his Lordship the late Lord Baltemore by his cer-
tain deed of grant used in the Province abovesaid for granting
of Lands bearing date at S^t Marys the seventh day of November
in the year of our Lord 1659 for the consideration therein
