Returned by Mr Charles Hynson Clerk of Kent County
Court a List of the Fines Forfeitures and Amerciaments of
the said County Court from the time of the Revolution
Returned also by Mr Iohn West Clerk of Sommerset County
Court a List of the same in that County Court—both Ordered to
be delivered to the Clerk of the Provinciall Court for further
orders from his Excellency His Majestys Warrant dated the
7th Day of Ianuary Anno Domini 1691/2 for making use of
the new Broad Seal appointed for this Province and now
brought in, was produced and read and ordered that the same
be accordingly for the Future made use of within this Prov-
ince upon all Occasions requiring the same
His Excellency having lately received information of a
tumultuous meeting and disturbance made at Talbot County
Court House by Mr Iohn Lillingston and others his associates
in the month of Febry last is pleased to communicate the same
to the Board and accordingly produced and ordered to be
read the following paper Vizt
