hath His full customes paid.

A Memoriall
Humbly laid before the right honourable
The Lords Committee of Trade and Plantations

The Agents employed by the Governour Councill and As-
sembly of their Majestys Province of Maryland
Have according to their Instructions presented severall
Papers and Addresses to their Majestyes entituled vizt
First The Assembly's Petition to their Majestyes for the
imposition money to be received from the 25 shipps that went
away in the year 1690. to be paid to his Excellency the Gov-
ernor in consideration and satisfaction of what money the
Country made use of. So farr as it will goe towards payment
thereof.
2dly The Humble Addresse of the Generall Assembly
craving redresse for the great summe of money due from the
Lord Baltimore to this Province and for other injuries done
by his Lordshipp to the Inhabitants of this Province.
3rdly The Humble Representation of the Assembly to their
Majestyes about demands made by the Lord Baltemore's
Agents in Maryland in his Petition to the Governour.
4thly The Body of the Laws of Maryland presented for their
Majestye's Royall Assent.
Which said Papers their Majestyes most Honourable Coun-
cill have referred to this honourable Board to be inspected.
Now forasmuch as the fleet bound for Maryland are in the
Downes ready to depart Your Petitioners humbly pray that
your Honours will vouchsafe to take the same into your
speedy consideration to the end the said Agents may be able
to render some effectuall accompt of the matter therein con-
tained by the said Fleet.
