he humbly moves your Excellencys serious and compassionate
consideration of his condition so as to remitt the said extraor-
dinary and unusuall excessive fine or such part thereof as to
your Excellency shall seem meet

The Petitioners fine is remitted to Five hundred Pounds of
Tobacco, and no more to be Levyed of him

His Excellency informs the Board that for the better and
more effectual management and dispatch of Business he had
thought fit wholly to seperate and keep apart the Chancery
Office and Records from those of the Provinciall Court, where-
fore he thinks it reasonable, and moves the opinion and advice
of this Board in setling the fees belonging to the said Office
upon the Person who shall for the time being be employed or
empowred to manage and execute the same
which is unanimously allowed and approved of
