The Kings most Excellent Majesty
in Councill.
Upon reading this day at the Board the humble Petition of
Charles Lord Baltemore Praying His Majesty's positive Com-
mands to Colonel Copley Governor of Maryland to suffer the
Petitioners Collectors to receive the Port Dutys or Anchorage
money as formerly according to two several letters from His
Majesty and an Order of this Board in that behalf. It is
ordered by His Majesty in Councill, that the consideration of
the Petitioners request be referred to the Right Honorable
the Lords of the Committee for Trade and Plantations, who
are to report their opinion thereupon to this Board, that such
Order may be given therein, as shall be found requisite,
a true Copy.

The Lords of His Majesty's most Honble
Privy Councill
Upon the Representation of the Right Honble the Lords of
the Committee of Trade & Plantations this day made at the
Board, It was ordered in Councill that the sum of five hundred
pounds out of their Majesty's Revenue arising by quit rents
in Virginia, and the sum of two hundred and fifty pounds out
of the Public Revenue of their Majesty's Province of Mary-
land be sent to the Governor of New York for their Majesty's
service in providing for the defence and security of that Prov-
ince against the French in those parts. And the Right Honble
the Lords Commissioners of the Treasury are desired to take
care, that His Majesty's Pleasure be signifyed accordingly,
a true Copy.
