Publique be settled & Adjusted According to the Rates and
prizes This Day Agreed On by this house:

Capt Hill sent to desire the vpper houses Answere to the
message about Rates this day sent them              He returnes,

Then Came Mr Secry Darnall and Desires this house to
mend their message about Rates On Lyquors, by adding the
quantitys for wch the Rates are Sett.

Which being done, the message is sent Back by Capt Smith:

Mr Secry Darnall Comes with a Message, wch being read is
as followeth
