sheriffs ffees. That the sheriff for serving a Spa may not have
more then 10l Tob. and for a scire fac 35, and for attendance
upon a prisoner if not full 24 howres (as is mentioned in the
sd Act) nothing at all, and for the Retorne of a Non est
inventus nothing & for serving a Citacon 25l Tob & no more,
as is mentioned in his honor the Gournors pclamacon.

Whereas this how ve found by Experience that seurall
Gunns Armes Provisions ho idles saddles and other things
that have beene from time to time for the service of the
Country, wch hath beene at the next publiq continually
payd for, & allowed to the pticuler owners thereof, and
Sayd Provisions horses &c have & still doe Remaine
eise p hands, & the Country never the better for
them to the greate dam of the Country in genrall
for the prvention of the like for the howse humbly desire
the honoble the Gournor & Councell to issue lamacon
to comannd all psons w'soever undr such penaltys
honor & Councell shall thinke fit that have any thing that
ha prest for the publique use Remaining in their hands
that they make the same Knowne to the next County Court
