This howse racon the malitious attempt
of poysoning se supposed to be Comitted by
Edward Husbands, and so strong though not
Positive proofe Enough ab ands to be the acts, This
howse vote that he be bound next Provincial Court to
answere the prmises and in the meane time to be of good beha-
viour, and he being a pson that hath given such cawse of sus-
pition of his attempting to poyson the Gournor upp & lower
howses of this Present assembly. This howse desire that he
may be disabled forever hereafter to practise in this Province
as a Chirurgion or Doctor
And further for the Crime of his menacing & cursing this
Assembly this howse doe conceive that h ght to
aske forgivenes upon his Knees of both howses of this prsent
mbly, and in case of his Refusall to doe the same that
he be whipped fo the bare back.
This howse also desire the co ence of the upp howse
in this vote.
Major Weekes Mr Hosier Capt Capt Marsh sent to the

Provision this prsent yeare in the Publique le to have
bee Expended in the Expedition agt the Jnd ecoake
River, wch was never made use of nor retorned home
to the Genralls ordr And for that this Assembly cannot now
in whose hands the same Remaines doe thinke fit
that the Justi Respective County Courts of Kent
Talbot Dorchester & Somerset do inquiry into the
prmises and doe cawse the sheriff to leavy the vallue of the
same that they shall finde in the hands
