the Assembly

The
Novemb the 9th 1678
An Act & passed.
This howse upp howse Entituled (an act
for the prservacon of the Right honoble the Lord
Propry &c) this how the same with these
alteracons vizt at this &c instead thereof
to be sayd (with the paynes of oral punishmt or con-
fiscation of goods & Chatties or any one of those as the Jus-
tices of the Provincial Court shall upon Mature Deliberation
thinke fit) also at this second + Rebellious—mutinous or sedi-
tious wee conceive the words Rebellious sufficient, also at
this third + instead of six moneths it shalbe sayd (not Exceed-
ing three moneths) also at this 4th + instead of within six
moneths after such psecucon it shalbe sayd (and indicted
thereupon at the next Provincial Court after such psecucon) &
then the Proviso for freedome of ech as in the bill Drawne
by this howse being the same mutatis mutandis with
made the 13th of his Maty that now is.
The Act for Regulating the Ma Read & passed
These three Acts last mentioned Se upp howse by
the comittee of accts
They Retorne.
Upon Capt Quigleys peticion he pave the ffloore
of the state howse with Purbeck Paving stone halfe
thick, and that he have his 20000ls Tob: in this pub
bond for 30ls to the Lord Propry it by the 25th day of
March and when that is pformed Quigley hath
pformed his bargain
