This house are of Opinion that Jacob Young being Im-
peached by the Representatives of the Province, is the Coun-
tries prisoner and his Charges of Imprisonment consequently
ought to be Born by the Province & recommended the Con-
sideration thereof to the Lower house-

last Night brought into this house by Captain Henry Smith,
and Captain Iohn Osbourne after this house had Adjourned

Lower house 16 November 1682.
This house look upon the Act for Encouragement of Tillage
to be a Beneficial Act to the Country and ought to be revived
at present with Amendment which will Necessarily fall in the
next assembly if the Act for Encourgement of Trade then pass

And that the Reviving Bill may pass as now drawn.
