by Thomas Wynn Sub-sheriff of this County
with a Erro^rs in a Cawse betweene him & one Gunnell
w^ch was ag^t the priviledge of this howse.
It was voted that the same was ag^t the priviledge of this
howse.
M^r Cheseldyne a member of this howse that was Attorney
in the cause & Sued out the writ, humbly submits himself to
the pleasure of the howse. the howse upon his submission
Excuse him.

1 Jnstead of the umes of Tobacco as shalbe from time
to time agreed upon set & imp of the County Co^ns)
mentioned in the Act for Regulating of This howse
are of opinion that it ought to be punctually Exp^rsse
the Countyes & 2000^ls Tob at the Citty of S^t Maryes to be p^d
Lo^pp by such as Keepe Ordinaryes.
2 and likewise this howse thinke fit that a fee of 20^s to
the Secry & 5^s to his Clerke be inserted Act for Record-
ing the Retorne of the bond lycenses &c.
3 Next that the words (not hereafter mentioned) be better
sayd (not hereafter in this act mentioned.)
